Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, dust bags, and tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging.

Refunds are issued excluding shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed after the item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items showing signs of use, wear, scratches, stains, or damage

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:
