Every MOHRÉL piece is made with care and intended to stay with you through everyday moments. To support that, each bag comes with a one-year guarantee card, starting from the date of purchase.

One-Year Warranty

Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, including:

  • Stitching issues

  • Hardware defects

  • Structural faults related to production

If a covered issue occurs within one year, we will repair the item or offer a replacement where possible, at no additional cost.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Natural wear and aging of leather

  • Scratches, stains, or marks caused by use

  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to water, heat, or chemicals

  • Wear caused by sharp objects or long nails

  • Accidental damage or misuse

Natural variations in leather texture, grain, and color are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.

Repairs after warranty

After the one-year warranty period, we continue to support our pieces through paid repair services, subject to assessment and availability of materials.

We believe in extending the life of each piece and will always do our best to restore it with care.

How to Request a Repair

To request a repair or warranty service:

  • Include your order number or a photo of your guarantee card.

  • Share clear photos of the issue.

Each request is carefully reviewed, and repair decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
